Microsoft has already begun work on 23H2, the next update, Windows 11. However, not much information is available to the public as of now.
A link to the OSGWiki for 23H2, a Microsoft internal wiki where employees and developers share all varieties of information, is evidence that early production on the upcoming big feature update for Windows 11 has started.

XenoPanther tweeted that features for 23H2 are being tested by Windows Insiders in the Dev channel. It is also known as “Moment 3.”
These are the sources that fueled discussions on Microsoft commencing works on 23H2.
The tech world assumes that news on Microsoft and Windows 11 is reliable. The enterprise is more or less silent on these as the process is still in its early stages. Industry observers feel confident that the entire process may take almost a year to complete, or it could be even lesser.

However, there is some problem with the second tweet mentioned here. The tweet also talks about ‘Moment 3.’ The use of the word is confusing.
The statement of 23H2 being ‘Moment 3’ in the second leaked tweet is strange. The significant feature updates for Windows now occur once a year, and the so-called “moments” are smaller packages of new features that are distributed more quickly so that users do not have to wait for everything to happen all at once (once per year).
So, Moment 3 could be something else, feels the industry experts. Yet, Microsoft has been quite unconventional with respect to naming its products. So, it means that Microsoft is ready to begin work on the next Windows 11 update.
