The first week of February 2023 saw Google announcing its chatbot, powered by AI. Officially called Bard, the Chatbot is the tech giant’s rival to the ChatGPT.
Initially, the Chatbot will be available for a private group. Later, within a few weeks, it will be accessible to the public.
Many big tech enterprises have begun creating chatbots similar to the Chatbot GPT.

The introduction of Bard didn’t go as anticipated by the enterprise. The Chatbot was introduced in a promotional video and tweet. However, Bard ended up giving an inaccurate answer. This event even led to a massive decline in Google share prices.
“Bard is based on experimental technology called LaMDA, short for Language Model for Dialogue Applications, which Google has been testing inside the company and with a limited number of outsiders for several months,” informs the company.

So, it is based on LaMDA, a language model for dialogue applications that the business first presented at I/O in 2021. Like ChatGPT, LaMDA is a conversational chatbot, but Google has only used it on a limited basis.
It has to be assumed that the recent threats from ChatbotGPT are behind the tech giant’s recent inventions.
The company’s search engine will soon have AI-powered features, informs CEO Sundar Pichai.
