Fortunately, there is a slight rise in the proportion of women hired in the computer industry. However, because of the epidemic, more working mothers left their jobs than males. In actuality, women accounted for more than 75% of the 1.2 million parents who quit their jobs due to the pandemic.
To conclude, the participation of women in the software sector is low compared to what it could have been. However, it is expected to increase in the coming years.
